Considering that a year ago Frozen came out, it's only justified that I celebrate the year old phenomenon with an amazing bust of the Snow Queen herself: Elsa. So what do we have to say about this new addition? Well, let's go on with the review then.
The box has nothing special to show case so we won't spend a lot of time on it at all.
Well as a representation of Elsa of Arendelle, it is done rather well! It looks like Elsa for sure and it has her trademark dress and even her snowflake hand gesture. Looking at it from behind, there is that obvious missing cape that makes Elsa's dress that much more glamorous. Wish they found a way to incorporate the said cape somehow.
The profile shows the details put into this bust. The hair details are amazing and it definitely holds that Elsa signature hair for sure. The snowflake on her hand tried to do the whole 'snow powers' affect but really wasn't that affective unfortunately and the lack of cape does do this Elsa injustice from this angle as well.
The face does resemble Elsa quite a bit! I'm quite happy with how that turned out.
Elsa's Ice Castle at the bottom of her base is a nice touch. I'm quite happy that it's very recognizable and a real good homage to Elsa letting go. Paint job did it justice and gave it a ice feel and partnered in with the snow, it defintely gives the ambiance of the 'Snow Queen's' domain.
So yes! Officially Elsa took a space in the pagoda lamp I own along side her Infinity and Pop version! Poor Asuka is probably angry! All in all though, this is an amazing addition for my small Elsa collection! Hopefully they make more so Elsa can take a full on shelf!
