When one door closes, another one opens.... and well, this is the new. Well, on the progress of becoming something that will be my place of solitude. As you can see, RED is the theme. Now from this angle, it may look a bit 'bloody mary' for lack of a better term, but the name of the said paint color is 'Heirloom Red', so it isn't as dark and dreary as one might surmise from this vantage point.

A bit brighter when light is about. Suffice to say, this room is going to be a bit on the whimsical side and of course concurring with my main color scheme. A long ways to go in this endeavor and at times could be encumbering to think about the amount of work I must put in, but hey, a Journey of a Thousand Steps starts with one, right?

So here's a shot to the little steps then!

To the best days and even to the worst... Sometimes Hennessy on the Rocks is the best times to soothe the day and prepare for the next day. Nothing like Geek and Heem! Anyways... That is all.

Celebration!

Ah. The celebration of a good friend's aging is more than a sense of catharsis, but it is also meant as an epiphany for many things. I can't exactly fathom if I remember everything that had transpired the last few days of inebriation and madness... all I can really say is that it was fun and I can't wait for the next endeavor and gathering of good and very close friends.

Well then... it's pretty obvious I'm back. What to blog about the next few days since I have gaming to catch up to, work to adhere to, and perhaps more dilemma to let myself muse upon... well... my choices and time to be here is a bit illusive but it can and will happen.
