Frozen Fever: Elsa's new groove?

A friend of mine from DA linked me to this Fanpop that apparently shows Elsa's new dress for the short movie: Frozen Fever. I'm not entirely sure I will say I like it, but I do want to say I like the fact that she will change for the sake of the fact that she IS a woman. Women change clothes more than the hour changes after 60 min. I'll have more things to say about it when it goes further along the showing date of this short movie.
